Digital oil/acrylic painting

We are seeking a digital artist to paint a reference picture in semi-realism style, this will be a paid trial run for an upcoming project with lots of future work.
The artists work needs to look good and have a likeness of the person.

Bonus for graffiti style text in the background/foreground.
