Digital Painting for Dental School Graduation Jacket

I'm looking for a talented digital artist to hand-draw a digital painting for my class's graduation jacket from dental school. The painting will incorporate elements that are representative of our field and it will include some Arabic phrases, so artist should at least know how to work with the Arabic language. I will have last year's graduation painting as a reference for the art style I need.
