Digital Caricature

Using the pictures from the three people provided I need caricatures illustrated using a similar aesthetic. Minimum from the Upper Chest up, preferably waist up. They must be on a transparent background layer so that we can use the characters in multiple locations. Full Color. The file must be in vector format (Adobe Illustrator or EPS). A basic illustration is okay as long as the caricature's facial features are recognizable.

If I like the results I have the potential for substantially more illustration work of similar nature. I'm okay with foriegn designers.
