I'm looking for a talented digital artist to create a 2D cartoon character for me.
The character is themed around 'Rez Dog' and should be designed with:
- Distinctive clothing and accessories
- A variety of facial expressions
The character should be a digital cut-out that can be overlaid on other art or pictures.
