Design superheroes character using specific detail character

I am searching for an experienced freelancer to design 10 superheroes with realistic style and detailed powers. The characters must have individualized abilities as well as backstory and physical descriptions. I require someone who is familiar with superhero comics or films, and can create original characters accordingly. A strong background in digital imaging or illustration is a must.
