Dark romanticism style art

My project is to create an art piece using dark romanticism elements and styles. The finished artwork should be produced in oil paint( although oil painting not required and more than willing to do other mediums), I envision the artwork to have a size of 24-36 inches. I am looking for an artist that is knowledgeable and skilled in dark romanticism artwork and styles. If you have a portfolio of similar works, that would be great too. This is an exciting unique project, and I look forward to working with you to make it happen! I love Francis de Goyas art and hope for something similar. Price is negotiable and willing to work with you if you are the right artist.
