Custom Armor Matte Finish Painting

I have two costume armor shoulder pads that needs a skilled painter. The armor is similar to platemail, and I need it to be painted freehand, not with a stencil. I’d prefer oil painting, and include stylized flames (and can be elaborated to include a dragon, etc). These are decorative pieces for my wall, and I want them to be a conversation starter.

Below is a base primed image of the shoulder pads - I will finish the basic painting and turn them over. Second image is the matching helm which will have the same colors and base style.
