Create cartoon/caricature from photo
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I am in need of a freelancer who can create a simplistic cartoon/caricature from a photo. The style of the cartoon/caricature should be simplistic, and I am open to suggestions for the theme or setting. However, I do have a rough idea in mind. The final product will include only one character.
Ideal skills and experience for this project would include:
