Create Two Video ads for bbq chicken restaurant

We recently opened our restaurant and wish to promote it via short 10-15 sec videos
It’s a bbq restaurant featuring two styles of bbq chicken.
An ability to understand and help us promote “American Styke Bbq Chicken” and Filipino style “Inasal Chicken”. Both are cooked on a barbecue however they are different.
We will need some guidance on what styles of media is required for our freelancer to generate appropriate short videos and those medias might be photos or video footage of our product and cooking methods.
