To Create 2D Animations for a E-Learning Project

Hello,
I would require animators who can create flawless 2D animation for an E-Learning Project. The total animation content is for about 5-10 Hours. (On going)
We have a team of illustrators who are working on .PSD and .AI Would need you to create few animations according to the visual cues.
Preference to be given If you can Illustrate as well as Animate.
