Courtroom sketch art style

We are aiming to release a series of books (or one large book) on major violent criminals, and we need illustrations to go with the text. Given that there is no photo evidence of their backgrounds, crimes and sometimes trials, we need somebody with a fair amount of imagination who is able to draw scenes basing themselves on some quite basic information. We would like the drawings to be depicted in a 'courtroom sketch artist' style. This should be quite a large project.
