Convert novel to webtoon

Job Description:
I am looking for a skilled Webtoon/Manhwa artist (or studio) to adapt my novel into a high-quality, full-color Webtoon. This is a long-term project, and I need someone who can create engaging visuals, dynamic panel compositions, and expressive characters that match the story’s tone.

Responsibilities:
✅ Convert novel chapters into visually compelling Webtoon panels
✅ Design characters, backgrounds, and action scenes with a professional Webtoon style
✅ Work closely with me to maintain storytelling accuracy and pacing
✅ Deliver 10 panels per episode (or as discussed)
✅ Provide colored, shaded, and polished artwork
✅ Meet deadlines and be open to revisions

Requirements:
✔️ Experience in Webtoon, Manhwa, or manga-style illustration
✔️ Proficiency in Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, or other digital art software
✔️ Ability to create dynamic layouts, expressive characters, and immersive backgrounds
✔️ Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
✔️ Portfolio showcasing previous Webtoon or manga work
