Complete School Cartoonish Children's Book Illustrations

I'm seeking a talented designer to create captivating cartoonish illustrations for my children's book. I don't see any automated bids and freelancer must add natural camel color in proposal.

Requirements:
- Illustrate 2-3 characters
- Design both characters and backgrounds
- Maintain a whimsical and engaging style
