Commercial Development Buildings Illustration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an illustrator who has experience in commercial real estate illustrations that will be able to create a visual drawing of a project that will include the following structures.
This will be an integrated development that will include three separate buildings where the tenants will serve the same customer base.
Building #1 – A single-story multi-tenant retail building of +/- 10,000 square feet that will be situated on the frontage of a main thoroughfare. This will be a metal building with glass storefront and include exterior treatments combining stone, stucco or veneer.
Building #2 – A two-story single tenant building of +/- 20,000 square feet that will be situated perpendicular behind building #1. Same construction material as building #1 but without the finish that is required of a retail frontage building.
Building #3 – A single-story single tenant building of +/- 5,000 square feet that will be situated perpendicular behind building #2. Same construction material as building #2 to include an outdoor, open air seating area that will be covered by a roof.
