Comic and future television cartoon (hopefully)

I am looking to construct a comic and potential future television cartoon that would appeal to adult audiences or mature audiences as it would contain mature jokes, topics and very deep character development. This comic and potential television cartoon would be of genre Action/Adventure, and Comedy, featuring a specific characters and storyline that I have in mind already.
