Comic book artist

I am looking for a comic book artist who can create a comic book in a traditional style very closely to my own style in which I will provide examples, utilizing a partially developed storyline based from notes, documented outlines, and real events. I am expecting the comic to be between 10-15 pages, maybe more or less by the end of the assignment. The comic book artist must have a strong understanding and experience of creating in traditional comic art style as a basis. I am looking for an artist who will add creative flourishes, while also following the guidance of the storyline provided. The end product should be to a professional standard, with top-notch colouring and inking. Great communication and organisational skills are also essential.
