Comic/Manga Artist

I'm working on a black and white comic book and need some assistance with illustrating the project. I can do the initial sketches and draft storyboard (see example attached)but will need your assistance with;
Dynamic Inking (see CoverArt2 example)
Tone(see example attached)

I need your inking and tone to remain true to the art style, and I can also assist and polish the work if need be
