Clean up illustrations from jewellery sketches (digitally sketch and remove backgrounds)

I have some client illustrations that I need cleaned up where the lines are more defined, the backgrounds are completely removed and possibly it becomes a vector file (although vector isn't as important).
I have attached an example of the client images you will be working for reference.
There are approximately 20 pages similar to the attached or with less sketches per page.
We are looking for these sketches to be cleaned up on a Photoshop, Procreate or Illustrator file so they are easier to edit and manage - but ensuring they still keep a "sketched" style.
