Classic Cartoon Fox Drawing

I'm looking for a talented illustrator to create a cartoon sticker for telegram of a white fox with black ear tips and paws. The fox has to wear a triangular scarf depicting the northern lights (blue-green no pink!) and its eyes must be blue-green. The fox should be begging and have a speech bubble with „Pretty please?“, it’s features matching that request. Headshot to full body is okay. If full body, tail must be fluff
