Children's book animation

I am currently working on a children's book, and need the help of an illustrator to make it come to life. It is about a little mouse that is a shopaholic, and learns that happiness is not in the things he buys, but in other things in life. As it is a children's book, it will need to be creative, vibrant, and engaging.
