Children's Book

I've written a children's book about manta rays. I need someone who can draw the book cover to cover, including a human to look like me, and mantas, coast, a boat and a hotel, all cartoon versions of what actually exists. I'd like to pay someone a fixed price to draw the first book. My real goal is to hire this artist for an entire series of books, with pay to increase as each book is satisfactorily completed and published.
