Children's Book

I am looking for an illustrator for a children's book. cover and 14 pages of illustration are what I need. I prefer to view art work to find the level or art I am looking for. The art work needs to have a certain look and feel. Its easier to view illustrators work. Do you have a way I can view samples of illustrators work? I would need commercial rights to the content as well. No Royalties... would want to pay a fixed price
