Child’s photo turned into a fairy.

I am looking for an artist who can turn a photo of my 7-10 year old child into a fairy. I am open to the artist's interpretation of the fairy theme and style. The final artwork should be in digital format. I would like an in flight fairy with child’s face and hair style likeness.
