Character illustration

I am writing a book and I would like to get drawings for 8 of the characters. I have attached photos for each character to give a general idea what kind of features I would like to have included. I pulled some few descriptions of the characters from my book. The drawings can be cartoonish but I would like it to be well drawn (good-looking). I would also prefer the drawing to include the head and the shoulders only. If you wish to add arms, that is fine. Other than that, feel free to add your own artistic and creative touch to it.
