Character creation for flat motion design.

Hello,
We are currently working on a motion design project and our client wants a specific type of character to be used in the video. Thus, we are looking to outsource the character creation and illustration.
We will need the following:
- A detailed female character set, front and profile, ready for animation in after effects, the style should be similar to the attached photo: the character should have modern clothes and accessories.
- 1 female and 1 male character sets (3/4 front all of them) ready for animation in after effects: the character should have modern clothes and accessories.
- 1 male character sets (3/4 back) ready for animation in after effects: the character should have modern clothes and accessories.
- 1 male character set ready for animation in after effects: the character should have a suit and handling a suitcase.
All the character should be delivered in ai and eps formats and all the following body parts should be in separated and labeled layers: Head, neck, torso, hip, left arm, left forearm, left hand, right arm, right forearm, right hand, left thigh, left calf, left foot, right thigh, right calf, right foot.
Please take into consideration that skin tone should be similar to middle eastern skin tones.
