2D Character Design

Looking for a 2D Artist for a Character Design Project
Budget: $300
Delivery: Within 1 month

I have a character (Image Attached) that needs to be redrawn again into a base character (naked), and then create different styles for him. I don't have the source file for the uploaded image therefore you have to draw it.

There are 7 categories, and each category should have 5 different designs.
Here are the 7 categories:
1- Pogo Boots
2- Shirt
3- Shorts
4- Knee/Elbow Pads
5- Hair
6- Gadgets/Accessories
7- Handheld

So let's take #2 Shirt as an example, we will create 5 different shirts on separate layers grouped under Shirt:
2- Shirt
- Original (Blue)
- Studded Leather Jacket with a white shirt underneath
- Baseball Jacket
- Futuristic
- Something Funky: TBD

Canvas Size is 1080x1080 with character centered inside, The final source file should be organized and layered in order of appearance. Keep it transparent as there will be multiple backgrounds later.
