2D Character Art in distinct style (Please check images prior to proposal)

Hello, I am looking for an experienced 2D character artist to bring my concept to life. This project requires the creation of a detailed cartoon-style/layered paper cut-out 2D characters enemies. Although my concept is still relatively vague, I'm happy for creative freedom for what the enemies are, as long as the style is the distinctive look I have in mind, or close to it. With that being said, I am confident that the artist taking on this project can bring my ideas to realization!
