Cartoonist for Unique Sock Designs

I'm looking for a talented cartoonist to create quirky and fun cartoons specifically designed for socks. These cartoons will be featured on clothing merchandise, with a primary focus on socks.
Ideal Skills:
- Cartooning: Ability to create unique and engaging cartoon designs.
- Understanding of Clothing Design: Knowledge of how to design for specific types of clothing, in this case, socks.
- Merchandise Design: Experience in designing for the retail market.
the images I have attached are a rough idea of what we are looking for, the heads will feature on the toe of the socks and we would like the art work to be square on but feature a fun, engaging and qwerky expression so the big toe essentially become a head.
