Cartoonish Tattoo Design of My Dad

I'm looking for a tattoo artist who can create a unique design for me. The tattoo is a portrait of my dad who has a resemblance to an Ewok from Star Wars. This portrait should be designed with a cartoonish vibe and include a few bubbles and an aquatic creature, as my dad will be depicted wearing a scuba mask.
The most important part will be having the ewok look like my dad with the same features and smile

Please note that the aquatic creature should be something small, like a fish, so that it doesn't take away from the main portrait. I’m open to your creative suggestions for the small aquatic creature, but it should suit the overall design.

I have a picture of my dad that I would like to use as a reference, and I can provide more images and AI-generated designs I’ve attempted.

Skills and experience that would be beneficial for this project include:

This will also need approval of commercial use/ a tattoo artist to copy.
