Cartoonish Illustrator Needed for Kids' Book
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m looking for a talented illustrator to create artwork for a children's book, the book is aimed at the 3-5 year old age group. The project will involve around 8 full illustrations, and I’m looking for someone who can capture a classic, traditional English style. The artwork should be hand-drawn, using pencil with subtle, soft colors to bring a timeless feel to the story.
The illustrations should evoke a sense of warmth and nostalgia, reminiscent of classic children’s books. While I don’t want to specify an exact style, think along the lines of the gentle, understated charm found in early 20th-century British illustrations.
Requirements:
Hand-drawn illustrations in pencil with subtle coloring.
The original drawings must be sent to us for high-quality scanning.
All rights to the illustrations will remain with us, and the work will become our intellectual property upon completion.
