Cartoonish Fishing Cornhole Board Overlay

I'm looking for a custom cornhole board overlay with a cartoonish or caricature style. The design should mimic a cover of a fishing magazine, and feature:
- Fairly detailed fish illustration
- A scenic water background
- Aerial view of largemouth bass jumping out of the water, with open mouth lining up with hole in board
- man in fishing boat below, looking on in awe (caricature of me?)
The ideal freelancer for this project should have strong graphic design skills, a knack for cartoonish or caricature style work, and ideally some experience in creating designs similar to fishing magazine covers. Please include examples of similar work in your bid.
