Cartoonish Digital Illustrator for Children's Book

I I'm looking for an illustrator to create images, slightly in the likeness of my family not looking for anything exact, just more accurately capturing our gender and ages. It's for a birthday book for my partner for mini 10 chapter story. I would need a book cover image and picture for most chapters. Each chapter is only one or two paragraphs

The project will require less than 10 illustrations.
