Cartoonish Comic Book Line Art

I'm looking for a comic book artist who can transform a script into basic sketches for a children's superhero comic - line art only, does not need to be detailed.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to turn scripts into comic sketches
- Experience in creating children's comic book art
- Understanding of superhero themes and aesthetics
The comic will be targeted towards children and within the scope of 1-10 pages/panels. The sketches should not be full color, just basic design in line with the attached example.
