Cartoonish Children's Storybook Illustration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My son, 6.5 year old boy, wants us to self-publish a book based on the story I tell him every night. The text is ready, the concept is ready, but we in need of illustrations. I'm looking for a talented illustrator to bring my children's storybook to life. The book is aimed at 4-7 year olds and requires a cartoonish style that will engage this age group.I will need:
- recreate cover my son created and make boy look a lot like my son, this will be a main character.
- 8-10 double spread pages - I will provide a detailed description for each of the scene page, we are thinking 6x6 inches book that will be self-published using Amazon
- One page back of the book
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- A portfolio showcasing cartoonish style illustrations.
- Understanding of storytelling through visuals.
The illustrator should be able to create:
- Colorful, fun, and engaging illustrations based on descriptions provided
- Characters and scenes that are relatable and imaginative for 4-7 year olds.
