Cartoonish Children's Book Illustrations

I'm seeking a skilled illustrator to bring to life a children's book with a focus on cartoonish styles. The story takes place in Bethlehem, so the illustrations need to convey this setting in a charming and engaging manner. The story is about the Star of David, the star, whose name will be Starry, tells the story of Jesus birth from his point of view. The story has a wonderful character-building lesson for children. I am looking for someone who can create two main characters, Starry and the Big Star, and create the backdrop for each scene.
