Cartoonish Cat & Dog Card Deck

I need a 54-card deck featuring cartoonish illustrations of various cat and dog breeds. The style should be cute, fun and appealing to pet lovers, yet realistic enough to be distinguishable as specific breeds.

Each card should:
- Feature a different breed of cat or dog (full body)
- Have a light background or no background
- Include the breed name at the bottom

The cards will be:
- 52 standard playing cards + 2 jokers
- Only the front side of the cards will need to be designed

Illustration Requirements:
- I would like quotes based on three different scopes of work:
a) All 54 cards
b) Just the 16 face cards (Jack, Queen, King, Ace) plus the 2 Jokers
c) The 16 face cards all different, plus 4 more designs (1 for each suit) to be used on the number cards
- The use of bright and vibrant colors is encouraged, but the overall palette should be 'natural and realistic' to suit the breeds.

Ideal Skills and Experiences:
- Strong illustration skills, particularly in a cartoonish style
- Experience with pet-related designs
- Ability to deliver in printable resolution files for commercial use
- Good understanding of breed characteristics for accurate representation
