I'm looking for a skilled illustrator who can draw a cartoonish style picture of an adult human character. The character should be depicted in a playful, cartoonish manner. It’s a diver holding a boot that looks like a boot you wear when you sprain an ankle and just bar games in the background the diver is holding a pool stick and in the bottom right corner I need a dented hydroflask bottle with the initials DL, this is for a military dive school graduation t shirt
