Cartoon style design of specific topic in JPG/PNG format

A cartoon-ish style drawing of 2 nurses in ceil blue scrubs. One is a wiser/calmer one belaying another who is younger and climbing a mountain. Sort of a play on how we support them as they learn... The initial thought was a play on a "peak preceptor vibes" theme. It will be used to create locker magnets for nurses to show appreciation for the hard & draining work of teaching & supporting new nurses as they onboard into a new role.
