Cartoon Style 2D & 3D Character Creation

I am looking for a talented artist to create a set of 10 2D cartoon and pixel art images of a character named Hoppy, as well as a series of 3D images.

2D Images
- The images should depict Hoppy in all types of poses, including jumping, running, and dancing.
- A cartoon and pixel art style should be employed for these images.

3D Images
- A set of 3D images is also required.

Reference Images
- I have reference images for Hoppy, which will be shared with the selected freelancer.
