Cartoon Shawarma Vendor Character Design

I'm seeking an experienced illustrator who specializes in cartoon style. The task at hand is to design a unique character, a shawarma vendor, steeped in traditional Middle Eastern attire. Key specifics, skills required, and character traits to keep in mind include:
- Emphasis on Traditional Dress: Incorporate traditional Middle Eastern clothing accurately and respectfully into the character's design.
- Beard and Cap: The character should have a well-groomed beard and a cap that conceals his hair.
- Muscular Arms: Show that the character is strong and hardworking through muscular arm features.
- Shawarma Preparation: He should be visualized actively wrapping a shawarma.
- Serious and Focused: The character's expression must communicate a focused and serious demeanor.
- Cartoon Style: The illustration style should be cartoonish, potentially resembling 'rubber hose' or a 'flintstone-like' aesthetic.
