Cartoon-y Poster Recreation for Art Display

I saw this poster in a TV series and I want it digitally recreated. Later I want to print it off and hang it up on the wall in my living room, so the recreation must be very high definition. I want the poster to be around 3000mm x 1000mm. So I think the quality must be between 150-300 DPI? I am not sure, I don't know much about this.
