Cartoon Cyclists in Nature

I'm seeking a talented illustrator to create two A4 cartoonish images of a group of cyclists riding with some landscpe in the background. The images should be set in a nature background, not overly complex, but with moderate detail. I'd like it with the two circled riders in the phones at the front of the group and with some of the other riders behind in a two by two formation. I'd also like in with some colour with the VCGH logo viable esp on the from two front riders
