Cartoon Construction Character Painting

I'm looking for a talented artist to create a cartoonish painting of an (EVIL) OSHA Inspector character depicted wearing a hardhat with OSHA written in the front and a traffic vest standing still and holding a clipboard. The other (NICE) OSHA Inspector character wearing a hardhat with OSHA written in the front and a traffic vest standing still holding a clipboard. In both seperate drawings the word OSHA with a word for each letter will need to be on each drawing on a 18 x 24 in on canvas or other borderless frame that is good for this type of drawing.

NOTE: Each drawing of the Evil & Nice drawing should depict the OSHA Inspetor's mood. An evil face and a nice face. Maybe the EVIL OSHA Inspector's fingers holding the clipboard looks like a werewolf or devils hand while the NICE OSHA Inspector fingers holding the clipboard depicts a well manicured hand.
