Cartoon Animal Image for Promo Sticker
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking for the modification of an existing cartoon hairy cow. The image should be modified to give the cow a New Orleans "Day of the Dead" style makeover while still obviously the same cow. The modification should include the face painting and a top-hat added.

A png of the base layer is attached, alongside an example of the facepaint style which should be applied.
A photoshop (psd) file will be provided of the base image and the alterations should be a photoshop layer added to the base.
