Caricaturist/Cartoonist Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello! My fiance and I are looking to have a caricature artist for our engagement party near Cincinnati, OH! The party is from 2 pm to 5 pm but we'll probably only need someone for 2 to 2.5 hours. We have a semi-set budget, but could possibly pay in cash if someone would be willing to work with our budget. We hope to hear from someone soon. :)
