Caricature illustration

I need a humourous illustration, caricature style, of somebody created today (ASAP). It should be high quality for printing and framing as it is a goodbye gift for a colleague. It should be coloured. The scene will be a man, sitting on a pile of trophies, arms raised holding more trophies. I will supply the image of the person. I have attached a sketch of the scenario. I need this asap, within the next 6 hours (4PM GMT, 5th May). Budget is $60.
