Caricature or cartoon artist to draw a love story into picture

Hi there, I'm looking for a caricature or cartoon artist to draw a love story into a picture. I would like the style of drawing to be cartoonish and to show more than three scenes or moments in the picture. Additionally, I have specific characters and elements that I would like to be incorporated in the drawing.
