Canvas portrait of a couple with specific cartoon theme

I am looking for someone to create a custom canvas portrait of a couple as a cartoon in the specific theme/imitation of the cartoon examples that I will provide (which were drawn by the bride). I will also provide a couple photos of the couple. I would also like for the portrait to include the following cartoon characters in the background that you will see in the photo examples (the cloud, the sun, the flower (w/ snail on leaf), "Hope" the marshmallow-looking creature, and "Lil Beb", the little circle creature, and any others you see that you want to include). I would like the picture to be the couple getting married, kissing at the altar, with the background similar to those in the cartoon examples. The canvas portrait should be small-medium, up to 16" x 20" or 18" x 24". If you are interested and good at imitating cartoon art (and turning real people into said cartoons) I would love to hear from you!

PS. I am trying to get a picture of the couple at the altar at their wedding and can send you that as soon as I am able, but I have attached 2 pictures of them thus far.
