Bullet fish

I am looking to find someone who can create an image. What I would like made would be a fish skeleton but in place of the bones i want bullets. So no actual bones would be in the image it would be all ammunition and i am looking for a realistic look not cartoon. Attached is a file of a fish skeleton and 5.56 nato rounds for reference. Is this something that can be done?
