Boots and Daisies Tattoo

I am looking for a tattoo artist to create a traditional style tattoo based on a specific design that I have in mind. The tattoo is expected to be of medium size. The perfect candidate should be experienced in creating traditional-style tattoos. Therefore, the artist should have a relevant portfolio to demonstrate their expertise. The artist should also keep me updated throughout the whole process and provide me with a design draft for approval before executing the final product. In conclusion, I am searching for a talented tattoo artist to create a traditional design, of medium size, of a design idea that I already have.
The photo I uploaded is of my father. He has a Paratrooper tattoo on his right arm. I'd like a tattoo of only the boots with wings and I'd like daisies to be coming out of the boots. I lost my dad on October 30th last year and my mom two months later on January 3rd. The boots represent my dad, the daisies my mom. I'd like the tattoo to be a size that will take up much of the space of my inner forearm.
